Expertise and recruitment

Our core competence lies in exchange trading and clearing of commodity derivatives. Nord Pool’s management and staff should be broadly composed in terms of gender, age and background. Most of our personnel and customers are drawn today from the Nordic region, but we have acquired a growing number of non-Nordic customers in recent years as well as some non-Nordic employees. We wish to attract the most qualified co-workers in all relevant profession- and responsibility areas either from the Nordic countries or abroad. This includes both professional and human qualifications. We also want to attract young, newly-qualified personnel with specialist expertise.

Management
